FOR PEOPLE THAT CANNOT BE STOPPED.

Strategy. Discipline. Execution.

About

I’m Sonny David Argumaniz. My work is shaped by real exposure to performance, breakdown, and accountability, not theory alone.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Cal State Northridge, a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California, and I’m a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) through the NSCA. I’m also a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and currently completing my Executive MBA at USC.

That background matters because I’ve operated across the full spectrum: building performance, correcting failures in movement and training, and making decisions under pressure. I understand how strength, conditioning, recovery, and execution actually intersect in the real world. I’ve seen what works in controlled settings and what falls apart when volume, fatigue, stress, or consequence enter the picture.

I work with athletes, professionals, and high-performing individuals who expect clarity and results. My approach is fundamentals first, applied with precision and intent. No unnecessary complexity. No trend chasing. Just systems that build capacity, resilience, and output that holds up over time.

I’m selective about the work I take on because standards matter. I’m not interested in shortcuts, optics, or entertainment. I care about developing people who are stronger, more capable, and harder to break, physically and mentally.

If you’re looking for novelty or hype, this won’t be a fit.

If you’re serious about improving and want work that’s direct, disciplined, and built to last, this is where it starts.

Services

Concierge Performance Training

This is not casual training. This is for people who expect results and are willing to meet the standard required to earn them.

Every session is built on fundamentals most people avoid: hard strength work, precise movement, and progressive overload applied without shortcuts. No trends. No theatrics. Just methods that consistently produce resilient, high-performing bodies.

The process is deliberate and uncompromising. Programming is refined through years of real-world application with athletes and high performers who cannot afford to be fragile or inefficient. The objective is dominance over your own capacity: stronger, harder to break, and built to perform under pressure.

This is not a place to “try training.” This is where people come when they’re done wasting time.

Private Physical Therapy

This service is reserved for select cases where licensed physical therapy is clinically appropriate. Care is provided on a limited, case-by-case basis, primarily for post-operative recovery, complex presentations, or situations that require precise clinical oversight.

Treatment is direct, intentional, and results-driven. The focus is identifying the true limiting factors, restoring movement capacity and strength, and progressing you back to training or daily life without unnecessary dependency or prolonged care.

This is not volume-based physical therapy. Availability is limited, and cases are accepted selectively based on need, readiness, and appropriateness.

Consulting

This is high-level consulting for individuals who want clear thinking, decisive direction, and real-world perspective. Conversations are direct, honest, and grounded in experience across performance, leadership, business, health, and life execution.

Consulting draws from years operating in demanding environments. The objective is simple: identify what is actually holding you back, eliminate noise, and align your actions with the outcome you want.

This work is not limited to a single domain. Consultations are shaped by what needs to be solved and approached with clear assessment, honest feedback, and decisive direction.

This is not motivational talk. It is perspective, structure, and accountability for people ready to move forward with intent.
